El Gallito Bakery started by entrepreneur's, Angelica Munoz and Antonio Frutos. Opened in February, 2001 as a local grocery and bakery shop located on 10th and buttonwood reading, PA. Over 10 years ago they got into retail baking. The former couple at the time started off with a six rack oven and two employees, one was a well experienced baker form their hometown in mexico. A year later The shop emerged to success producing over thousands loaves of bread a day and delivering them in 5 other states. Although the local shop has brought much success. owner's Angelica Munoz, and Antonio Frutos plan to grow more with the help of their three children.
