El Granito Foundation

Year after year for the past 38 years Janice Rice the Executive Director of the El Granito Foundation has been serving Thanksgiving meals to the less fortunate and to any one that attends. Every year the foundation gives away between 600 to 700 food baskets in Porterville, and 200 in Plainview.
Every Thursday the El Granito Foundation has a food distrubtion from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at the El Granito Foundations transiitional house located at 383 W Date street in porterville.
