The full updated Mexican menu offers all the specialities "aficionados" of Mexican food crave. Start your experience with tortilla chips and home made "salsa" and ask our waitstaff for homemade sangria, margaritas, domestic and imported beer or even a "michelada."



For dessert, sample our cheesecake or pastel de tress leeches" (three milk cake), a moist, custardy cake that’s not commonly found in the Capital District.

“…if you know where Kurver's soft ice cream is, and who doesn't, Delma's is next door. The menu has your basic breakfast items: pancakes, Belgian waffles, French toast, omelets, cereal, and all the typical sides that go with them, bacon, sausage, ham, corned beef hash, home fries, juices, fruits, etc. Their breakfast combination meals range from $6.99 for 2 pancakes and 2 eggs /w home fries, to $12.99 for an 8 oz. steak w/ 2 eggs, home fries & toast. There are children's menus for breakfast and lunch/dinner also.

The Lunch menu is full of sandwiches, salads, wraps, soup, and I imagine any entree from the dinner portion of the menu. Sandwiches were all less than $10 and the most expensive item I found on the menu was a 12 oz. steak & stuffed shrimp combo w/ crabmeat, served with soup or salad, potato & vegetable $19.99. (Correction!!! I just found Delma's Platter ($23.99) - 12 oz. steak, lobster tail & shrimp, served with soup or salad, potato & vegetable.)

Service was very friendly… With so many of our diners offering Middle Eastern dishes, it's refreshing to have one that will be offering more Latin American dishes.”
