Return Policy
Accessories (jewelry, shoes, etc.) can be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit.

Layaway Policy
50% of the total cost of the gown must be paid at time of purchase.
You will have a maximum of three equal payments within 60 days to pay-off your purchase, at which time the purchase can be picked up. If not paid in full within this time frame, dress will be put back in stock. No refund will be given in any instance. No exceptions!
Gowns may not leave store for alteration purposes until balance is paid in full.
Client is responsible for all alterations and fees involved in altering. You are responsible for booking your alteration appointment.

Special Orders: Must pay 50% of the total cost of the gown for a special order. This dress is yours regardless of fit, etc and there will be no refund issued. No exceptions!!
