We teach English as a second language so our students can either attend Colleges in the USA or just improve their English skills. For college bound students, we can help you get a higher TOEFL score.

Our newest location is on campus at Linn Benton Community College. With our partnership with LBCC, students at ELCI Albany have the opportunity to enter into the Oregon University System by attending LBCC and then transferring to their school of choice.

Many international students worry about maintaining a good GPA while studying in a foreign language, but LBCC has many resources to assist in learning. Attending community college gives flexibility to transfer and is also much more cost effective than going straight to a four year university.
