Jessie has been gluten-free since 2005…tired of a dismal selection of celiac-friendly pastries and treats, Jessie took her highly-praised homemade recipes into the Incubator Kitchen at Hummingbird Wholesale–and from there, into the world! Elegant Elephant Baking Co. currently specializes in gluten-free desserts and pastries, including “not your average cookies,” “twisted blueberry scones,” and “best bread ever.” Gluten-free is all we do, and we aim to be the very best!
