Eleos Services was founded in Spring 2015 by Jeff and Jennifer Wittenauer. Their daughter Elli inspired them to start a service agency. Elli has Smith-Magenis Syndrome, yet with her family leading her care teams, she has had wonderful opportunities to be involved in the Northern Colorado community that they all call home. When she graduated from high school and transitioned from children's services to adult services, Jeff and Jennifer wanted to continue to be her advocate and wanted to reach out to other families by providing opportunities for the best care and supports.

Jennifer's nursing background in public health and experience working with individuals with intellecutal and developmental disabilities, along with Jeff's background in long-term care and health care administration made the next step clear, they were ready to make their dream of opening Eleos Services a reality. Jeff and Jennifer are co-owners with a shared vision to support individuals and families. Jennifer will serve as the agency Director. She has been a Registered Nurse (RN) for approximately 20 years and for the last several years has held the distinction of Certified Developmental Disabilities Nurse (CDDN), awarded to just a small handful of nurses in the State of Colorado.
