I would like to take a little time introduce myself.

I am a University of Georgia graduate, Go Dawgs, with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management. Also, I am a four-year letterman on the football team. My fondest memory as a Dawg was scoring the game winning touchdown against the Florida Gaters is 2011. After my football career at Georgia, I had an opportunity to attend several NFL camps. At those camps I had the chance to learn from some of the game's greatest coaches.

I have used that knowledge and experience to pass on the fundamentals of football through camps I have coached the past 6 years. I conducted my first “Richard Samuel Football Camp” this past summer for boys, ages 6 to 12.

With that being said, I've been apart of numerous football programs, and learned a number of different training and coaching techniques. I want to bring all that I learned over the years to the table and offer my knowledge and skills to you.

We are offering the following programs:


Sports Performance Training

- Do you want to reach that goal?
- Do you want to be in competing shape?
- Do you want extra work on drills and fundamentals?
- Do you want to perfect your craft?
-catching, throwing, route running, blocking, tackling, shedding blocks, etc.

With expert training, we can help you reach your goals and get you where you want to go.

We incorporate foot work drills, bag drills, hand to eye coordination drills, and stability exercises to help you get better at the essential skills needed to excel in sports. We even take the time to educate you about the sport/position of your choice.


"Move It"

The name says it all “Move It” – lets get active and moving. This is a fun and interactive small group that increases functional mobility while increasing your strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and your competitive drive. And to feed that competitive drive that we all internally have, we will have competitions that will push you to be the best you can.


"Get It"

Has anyone ever told you that you’re not big enough or strong enough? Come prove them wrong with this strength and condition program; work to get that extra size and strength.

This program provides a unique youth exercise, HIIT training, that is tailored for youth/teens. HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, is a training method that alternates low to moderate intensity interval exercises and high intensity interval exercises.

HIIT can be applied to running or exercises such as squatting. HIIT is considered to be more effective than basic cardio because the low and high intensity factors incorporate both your aerobic and anaerobic exercises, which allows you to burn more fat.


Speed Training

You can expect to develop:
• explosive quickness
• foot speed
• sprint mechanics, body control, and balance
• lateral speed & explosion

In this program we focus on these three components:
- proper running machines
- plyometrics
- strength training

Proper running machanics are the basic running fundamentals, and they can help increase speed. We teach the proper way to run without wasted motion/energy, along with the optimal use of every step.

Plyometrics helps build and improve overall power, quickness, balance, and core-stability. While doing this, you will gain awareness of your body, how it's moving, and where it's going.

Strength training will give you an overall increase in power and strength, which will add to your speed and explosion.

You will see improvements in your:
• 40 yard dash
• Vertical jump
• Broad jump
