Greg Howard is one of the top fitness trainers in the United States implementing productive training sessions that are sport specific for teams and individual athletes. His emphasis on teams and individuals has proven to directly effect cardiovascular performance on the field. Greg is currently training several NBA, NFL and other professional athletes. He is the endurance trainer for the California Storm (WPSL), including players like soccer great, Brandi Chastain.
Greg received a bachelors degree in Child Development from CSUS Sacramento. He is also a licensed Endurance Trainer who has dedicated his life to taking athletes to the next level.
