This program is specifically geared to prepare the athlete for the tests, environment and pres- sures of the combine. Training is designed to enhance performance in the following tests:
• 10, 20 & 40 yard dash
• Vertical jump and broad jump
• bench press reps @ 225 lbs.
• 5-10-5 shuttle
• 3 cone drill
• 60 yard Shuttle
• body composition
• flexibility assessment
• functional movement screen
• interview skills
