Elite Performance Institute provides first-class training and nutritional education to help top athletes of the world – as well as youth, adults, military, and public safety officials – reach and maintain their optimal fitness levels, allowing them to thrive in all situations of life – professional and nonprofessional. EPI’s programs focus not only on strength and conditioning but also on the pillar performance to maximize the body’s mobility and potential.

EPI’s facility uses industry leading equipment and technology including sports training equipment developed by Keiser, SKLZ, Power Plate, Sorinex and others. EPI has invested in the highest quality equipment including VersaClimber, A300 Squat Machine, and the Triple Trainer. Our 9500 square foot area includes top grade indoor turf, a 65-yard indoor track, and weight room area.
