We are Tami & Charlie Smith, independent owners and operators of Elite Performance, a semi-private training studio. We help athletes and the general public perform better, feel better, and get more out of life through exercise, wellness, and nutrition. We do this through customized, progressive program planning. Think of it as individualized, personal training, with no more than 1-3 other people who also have their own personalized plans. You have our utmost attention to details at a much more affordable investment than traditional 1-on-1 training.
