Elite Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine

Elite Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is a locally and privately owned outpatient rehabilitation facility specializing in the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries, as well as neurologic, vestibular, and geriatric conditions. We have three locations throughout the island of Maui in Wailuku, Makawao, and Haiku. We take most major insurances and also have a self-pay option for those without insurance.

With 7 friendly therapists on staff, we are well equipped with a variety of experience and knowledge to help you and your family. We will evaluate the injury or impairment and develop an individualized treatment plan with you to help decrease pain, promote movement, restore function, and improve overall health and well-being.
