Swedish; On the table with oils, focused relaxation, detoxing the body and stimulating circulation.

Deep Tissue; On the table, focused more on pain relief, relaxation, and loosening of the deeper muscle groups.

Injury Recovery; Focused on speeding up recovery time from surgeries or injuries. increasing circulation to affected areas and encouraging healthy range of motion.

Customized Massage; Focused to your problem areas, headache relief, chronic pain due to specific conditions such as sciatica, scoliosis, arthritis, bulging discs, etc.

Thai Massage; As my specialty this is a massage performed fully clothed (Yoga attire suggested) on a mat. This massage includes deep stretching and muscle compression. Improving range of motion and flexibility, as well as pain relief from post workout soreness and low back issues.
