Emancipation

At Emancipation, our 5000 square foot facility provides the room we need to offer our members the best workout around. We have space to accommodate any class size and equipment available to meet our members’ specific needs. This includes ample space to warm-up, cool down, and work on mobility. Our generous kids’ play area provides a space for kids to play, do homework and watch movies.

Our program is designed to be effective to people of all fitness levels. We have members that range in age from 12-75 years and range from elite military and police to housewives and retirees. Emancipation involves the community of members coming together to perform the same workout, with all movements scaled for the specific athlete in load and intensity. This style of fitness is geared to the generalist rather than the specialist and works well for anyone who wants to improve their health or be really fit.
