I have been baking since 2006; professionally since 2009. I graduated from Notter School of European Pastry Arts in December of 2008 under the teachings of Chef Ewald Notter, James Roselle, and Jonathan Highfield. I am the Head of the Pastry Department at Emeril's Tchoup Chop and before that, Emeril's Orlando at Universal Studios. I have worked along side Chef Emeril Lagasse in a charity event in Treasure Island serving 300+ guests. I have also served celebrities such as Mario Lopez, Richard Gere, and the Prince of Saudi Arabia while working at Emeril's Orlando.
