We have become a non-natural moving population (meaning that we spend large amounts of time sitting, driving, and slouching; as well as performing exercises without knowing how to locate, activate & utilize the appropriate muscles). The lack of natural movements (squatting, bending, walking and hiking) decreases our neuromuscular efficiency and leads to many of the common musculoskeletal aliments. These aliments can be addressed with postural alignment, neuromuscular re-education and a diligent practice of daily movements with conscious awareness.
