Yoga classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6-7 and Wednesday mornings 830-930. I have 6 weeks sessions with a week off between. I am 200 hour certified with advanced training focused on anatomy. I have specialty workshops to teach students strengthening and stretching exercises focused on certain areas of the body. My classes are focused on using yoga to help improve your body and mind and not worrying about how many poses we do.
In my Massage I focus on 30 or 60 minute sessions that focus on a clients specific needs. I offer stretching and strengthening exercises to my clients to help with at home care to empower clients in their own recovery.
