Emerald Isle Step Dancers

The Emerald Isle Step Dancers were founded in 1980, by twin sisters Margaret and Maureen Monahan and the group is still going strong under the direction of Jennifer Woss. The Step Dancers are committed to preserving and promoting their heritage in the art of dance. We perform traditional Irish dances, as well as more modern pieces such as those influenced by Riverdance and Lord of the Dance. We perform year round for a multitude of audiences and organizations. The group has approximately 100 students. The students range in age from 4 to 67.
