Dr. Emilia Dulgheru is a board certified Rheumatologist who graduated her Internal Medicine Rsidency from St. John's Episcopal Hospital in the state of New York and her Rheumatology Fellowship from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She vbeacme Board Certified in Rheumatology in 2003 and she has been in private practice ever since. She practiced in Edinburg, TX from 2003 until 2006, then in Popular Bluff, MO from 2006 until 2010 and she returned to the Valley in 2010. She was affiliated with South Texas Arthritis Center in Brownsville until September 2011. She specializes in the treatment of various rheumatologic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythmatosus, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, vasculitis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoporosis, and other musculoskeletal diseases.
