Emily's Tastebuds

Emily's Tastebuds offers a menu of frozen foods that are tasty, healthy, and easy. Whether it's a heat and eat meal, some homemade soup to go with your meal, or the start of a meal you "make" for dinner. Whether you want food ready to heat up when you get home, or a smart lunch waiting for you at work, the only planning you have to do is place an order, stock up your freezer, and start eating food that you can feel good about. Ordering ahead ensures that you will get what you want (quantity, size, spicy/mild, vegetarian, gluten-free, without corn) and by a certain delivery or pick-up time.

A lot of orders are for someone else who could use a meal. My customers are good souls, and I am often making food for a customer's friend or family. Emily's Tastebuds offers a variety of foods that are a thoughtful way to take care of the people you love without sending them their 5th casserole that week. Comfort food starts with comfort and ends with, 'I don't think I should've eaten that'.....so a few soups, stuffed peppers, spaghetti and meatballs, and chicken curry sounds like a friendly smile on a cloudy day:)

Emily's Tastebuds focus is to appeal to people who would eat better if someone else made it...so I do! Convenience is what everybody wants, so delivery will get it to you at work or your front door.

Pick-up is by appointment for a few reasons. The main one is that I cook in big batches and follow USDA rules, so I have to cook, cool, and package by a specific schedule. Random drop-by's means a lot of starting and stopping with raw food out, or the kitchen in full swing, and it gets a little crazy. With 20 different menu items stored in 3 freezers, it's just easier for me to label your food and have it ready for you at the delivery or pick-up time.
