LEARN's mission works to encourage a culture of learning by providing resources for under-privileged students and working families in Whittier, Pico Rivera, El Monte, and portions of unincorporated Los Angeles County.

Our programs include ASPIRE, PREP, KidsPlay, Keys To College, and Generation 1st Degree.
