Emory Point

Emory Point is a mixed-use development that will have more than 80,000 square feet of retail space and 443 luxury apartments in phase I. It is a partnership between Cousins, Gables Residential and Emory University. The $100+ million development is in the heart of the Clifton Corridor, near the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Emory University and Emory Healthcare. It is the first new retail construction in the area in more than 20 years and the largest private development to start inside the Perimeter in more than three years. Cousins and Gables – two experienced Atlanta-based development companies – are collaborating for the first time on Emory Point. The second and third phases of the project will be developed according to market demand.

Our goal for Emory Point’s online community is to connect with you – our customers, mutually sharing information about events and happenings at Emory Point; fashions, trends and products available from Emory Point retailers and getting feedback on how we can continuously improve shopping experiences.
