History:
Established in 2014.
In 2014, Thomas Fallarino was looking for a location in the perfect building near the Broward County Courthouse for his court reporting company. The 110 Tower asked Thomas if he would be interested in starting an executive office on the 17th floor. Thomas did his research in the area by comparing other Executive Offices and knew right away this was a perfect location for an Executive Suite. Thomas was eager to get started right away and that is when he started renovating the 17th floor. With a ton of upgrades including but not limited to, he added in sound proofing through-out the entire floor, white noise to reduce sound, side light windows in every office, Marble flooring in the lobby area, custom furniture in the lobby and in the offices, and many more upgrades. Empire Executive Offices is tailored for Solo practitioners and law firms that are in search for a Broward / Fort Lauderdale location.
