KIDS CENTER RULES
-There is a 2 hour time limit;
-Strollers are not permitted in playroom;
-We DO NOT change diapers or pull ups;
-Kids center is for MEMBERS;
-Kids ONLY;
-Shoes or socks must be worn at ALL TIMES;
-Sick children are not allowed;
-No hitting, biting, spitting, or playing rough is allowed;
-No climbing, throwing of toys, pushing, or screaming;
-No food or drinks are allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS;
-No cell phones are allowed in kids center;
-Kids are not allowed in kids area during unsupervised hours;
-Only kids ages 6 months-12 years of age allowed;
-Parent must remain on premises of Empire fitness at all times;
-Emergency contact sheet must be filled out before first visit;
-Parents must sign child in and out each time;
-We reserve the right to refuse childcare services to members and guest.

Mission
The overarching goal of EMPIRE FITNESS is to help members achieve their personal goals one step at a time. Our personal trainers are highly skilled and patient. We will design a training program specifically for each member. Researchers have found that exercisers who are accountable to a trainer or a partner are more successful in reaching their fitness goals. Unlike other companies who just take your money, then forget about the customer, we will be there with each customer every step of the way.
