And as you take part in worship that you would experience God’s love in its purest form. And that when you depart, you would take the truth with you…. no matter where you go and no matter how far…. that JESUS LOVES YOU AND ACCEPTS YOU JUST THE WAY YOU ARE

Mission Statement

God has called us to empower believers that they would become witnesses. He has instructed that we build His Kingdom by not only reaching our own culture, but He has called us to cross cultural, racial, social, economic and denominational barriers in order to unify the Body of Christ. He is raising up a Mighty Army of Believers that are no longer bound by tradition nor held captive by their own insecurities and weaknesses. Rather they are empowered by the Holy Spirit to carry out God’s perfect will in the earth.



From the Bishop Heart

With every fiber of our being, we desire to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ in order to provide an atmosphere free of condemnation and strife, where God’s people can be delivered and restored. We believe that the power of God flourishes in an atmosphere filled with unconditional love. Our heart cries out for the rejected, the abused, and the broken hearted. For those who may feel a desire to make a difference in the world yet somehow don’t feel equipped. Or for those of you who may feel that your past has somehow disqualified you from being viewed as a pure and holy vessel fit for the Master’s use. Here at Empowered Believers Christian Learning Center, Inc., we have learned from experience that God doesn’t call those that are qualified…. But rather God qualifies those that He calls.
