With a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy, I provide individual and family therapy. Additionally, working with couples to identify relationship strengths as well as weak areas, in order to help them develop healthier patterns and improve their relationships is one of my specialties.
I have worked with families, couples and individuals in various settings, providing a safe environment in which they are able to identify strengths and develop healthy coping skills. As a result, clients are better equipped to manage life's stressors more effectively.
