The official site. Empress EMS services provides professional emergency medical response through multiple 911 systems within Westchester County, New York. It is well known for its extremely capable field staff comprised of some of the most experienced EMT's and Paramedics in the state. Along with its sister company, Emergacare, Empress also provides inter-facility medical transports throughout Westchester County and New York City. Additionally, Empress was one of the first agencies in the nation to operate a Special Operations Division responsible for providing emergency medical care under even the most hazardous conditions.
