The home of Em's Restaurant is located in the meticulously renovated hundred-year-old Center Street Market Building, cleverly situated in the heart of Salt Lake City's historic Marmalade Hill. It is here where Chef/Owner Emily Gassmann continues her family legacy of a local neighborhood bistro.

The fare at Em's is simple elegance. All items are prepared fresh by hand from only the finest local and organic ingredients. Chef Gassmann maintains relationships with local produce and agricultural producers to offer only the best ingredients available. This farm-to-table approach is apparent with an ever-changing array of daily specials and heart-felt, mouth-watering standard menu classics.

Em's Restaurant is open for lunch Wednesday through Friday, dinner Wednesday through Sunday, and Sunday Brunch. It is just steps away from the Utah State Capitol Building and offers the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing meal in the company of friends or family.
