EMU Adult Degree Program

The Adult Degree Program at EMU allows adult students with at least 60 semester hours of college credit to complete their bachelor's degree in as little as 15 months with a blend of evening and online classes.

Our Leadership & Organizational Management (LOM) major is a broadly-based business degree with an emphasis on personal leadership formation, conflict transformation, group and team leadership, critical thinking, project/time management, effective communication, and human resource management.

Students study and network with working adults in a cohort-style program. Classes are held in a blend of evening and online formats suitable for working adults and tuition rates are comparable to public, in-state institutions.
