“Lift with a purpose.” This one sentence tells you exactly what we stand for. We believe in setting goals and feeling the intense gratification that comes along with reaching them. Our passion may lie in powerlifting, but that is not what defines us. The techniques used in our trainings are those used by elite strength athletes around the world. The training classes we offer are not only designed to build strength, but also to tone and condition.
