Encompass Fitness and Yoga

Encompass Fitness is a privately owned and operated Fitness Training Facility that is fuelled by using physical training and nutrition to help others discover their true potential, allowing them to encompass the life they have always envisioned. We believe that the whole is greater than the sum of it's parts, integrating teamwork, coercion, and camaraderie in our facility and in the community. We focus on our capabilities, and broaden them daily as we expand our physical abilities, increasing our capacity to live life; however we may each define it.
