Encore Floral Marketing, Inc., based in Grand Rapids, Michigan has been in the floral business for over fifty-six years as a family owned business. The company originated as West Michigan Floral Supply, a floral route trucking business, that serviced many retail floral shops within the greater West Michigan area. over the past twenty five years we have continued to evolve our focus exclusively on the grocery and mass market industry.

We source products from Colombia, Ecuador, the Netherlands, Costa Rica, California and Washington state. By bringing in product from locations around the globe we are able to create incredibly unique bouquets that sets us apart from our competition. unlike our competitors, we are able to be nimble to weather situations which can cause a series of issues from product quality to procurement shortages resulting in missed delivery windows. Encore Floral can purchase flowers from the country and climate in which each type flower is grown at its best resulting in unmatched quality.

Our marketing department researches and develops a unique mix of products, colors, textures and packaging based on the customers specific color scheme and palette requests to give them a high quality bouquet that sets them apart from their competitors.
