Mission - Two Fold:

1. Kids Ministry that is objectively so amazing that nonbelievers will bring their kids. Sunday Mornings, During the Week, Awana, Youth Group, Etc. (Imagine Disneyland preaching the gospel)

2. Adult ministry that puts an Encounter with God as the primary function.

Personal, Corporate, Commission

Personal - Nonbelievers Encounter - receive Jesus' love and power - Eternity

Corporate - Believers Encounter - Embrace their Identity and the Power of the Spirit, Believers enter Transformational Community (Small groups, Men/Women's Ministry, etc)

Commission - Helping Nonbelievers Encounter - Believers fulfill the great Commission
