In 2008, I began working on gaming consoles as a hobby, initially the Xbox 360’s and all those pesky problems this gaming console can have. I have taught myself how to troubleshoot and solve issues. I grew up enjoying all electronics and their functionality, and my knowledge grew as technology itself has advanced.

At a young age I entered the world of gaming, and as an adult, I felt that it was time for a company to emerge that not only sold video games but also provided one-stop shopping for any troubleshooting and repairs needed. Over the last five years, I have gained knowledge of many other consoles, computer repair and custom builds, as well as replacing iPhone screens. I intend to follow future machines and learn to service every piece of technology my customers enjoy.
