As instructors at Energize Willits we, Megan Hall, Vey Cardona, Patricia Baumann and Erin Fitzpatrick, are so excited to bring Zumba to downtown Willits! We strive to make every class full of energy, passion and personality, empowering our students to be healthier. We are continually inspired by Zumba workouts and believe they are what makes fitness a real possibility for everybody. We believe a workout should be fun (and somewhat challenging) but ALWAYS fun! Our classes offer a variety of music from throughout the world for you to experience thru dance.
