We welcome you and your comments to the EnergyUnited Facebook page. Please note this page is not monitored 24/7.

The purpose of our page is to provide helpful information and matters of interest to EnergyUnited members and the community.

Any customer service issues that need immediate attention, such as power outages, should not be posted on Facebook because we cannot guarantee a timely response. Please report power outages by calling 1-800-EUNITED. Any specific questions about your EnergyUnited account or your bill should be handled in person or by phone at 1-800-522-3793.

EnergyUnited reserves the right to remove any post we feel is inappropriate, rude or offensive or any negative feedback that is presented without constructive criticism. We will delete comments that contain vulgar language or personal attacks of any kind.

We reserve the right to remove any unsolicited advertising and comments that include links to other sites; are clearly off topic; advocate illegal activity; promote particular services, products or political organizations; or infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
