Providing the blueprint for farm to table dining: Enoteca Ursino is founded on the mission to provide locally sourced, sustainable farm to table dining in an approachable manner. Working closely with Liberty Hall farm, Enoteca Ursino features fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients with emphasis on Italian inspiration and cuisine. Our rotating seasonal menus showcase local ingredients at their peak.

Our wine program continues our tradition of drawing from Italian Inspiration. The Italian word "Enoteca" translates to wine repository. Originating in Italy, an enoteca was traditionally used to showcase regional wines of local growers. Today, Enoteca Ursino continues the tradition of featuring regionally based wines. Our unique wine program is regional and terroir driven. With focus on Italy and features from the United States, France and Spain, our extensive global reach allows guests to enjoy the best of local and regional markets.

Partnered with Kean University and Liberty Hall, Enoteca Ursino is steeped in a rich history. The name Ursino dates back to 1809 when the Liberty Hall Estate was bestowed the name Ursino in honor of Count Julian Ursin Niemcewicz. Although the estate’s name changed in 1974 to Liberty Hall, here at Enoteca Ursino we are honored to pay homage to the rich historical context of the land.
