Dr. Todd Berinstein, MD, JD, FACS

Dr. Berinstein is a board certified and experienced ENT (ear, nose & throat) doctor, with a special interest in diseases of the ear. He has achieved board certification by the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. His status as a fellow of the American Accademy of Otolaryngic Allergy means advanced training in ENT allergy care. He is a fellow of the American Accademy of Otolaryngic Allergy, meaning he has met the standards for the practice of ENT Allergy and for better, whole-patient care. He has been working in Vancouver since leaving the US Navy in 1997, first as a solo practitioner, then joining Dr. Donald Newell at Vancouver ENT.
Dr. Berinstein obtained a bachelors degree in Psycho-Biology from UCLA, then a doctorate in medicine the University of Southern California. His first post-doctoral year internship in surgery was done at Navy Hospital San Diego, and then he served in Navy Mobile Construction Battalion 3 out of Port Hueneme, CA for a year. He returned for ENT training to the U.S. Naval Medical Center, San Diego. In 2007, he spent 6 months in an otology fellowship at the world famous Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital and Bionic Ear Institute, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Dr. David Bloom

Dr. Bloom is a board certified Otolaryngologist with nearly two decades of experience in diagnosing and treating diseases of the ears, the nose and the throat, as well as allergic disease in both children and adults. After residency training in San Diego, California, he completed Pediatric Otolaryngology (child medicine and surgery) advanced (fellowship) training, as well as facial plastic surgery fellowship training in Seattle, Washington. He has a special interest in allergic disorders, anti-aging and metabolic medicine, and seeks to promote health and wellness in his clinic practice and through education and information.

Hyla Richey, MBA, MS, F-AAA

Hyla Richey is our Audiologist and has experience in clinical practice with an interest in diagnostics and amplification for the hearing impaired.

Previously she was Audiologist and Clinic Manager for Sonus; she was employed in the hearing aid industry as a regional territory manager for Widex; she has worked in extended wear devices for RightHear network, and in cochlear and middle ear implants for MED-EL and SOUNDTEC, Inc.

Her experience also includes teaching graduate courses as a faculty member of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and undergraduate courses at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma.

She has a master’s degree in audiology from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Oregon Academy of Audiology, and currently holds audiology licensure in Washington and Oregon.

Hyla has served as a president of the Oklahoma Speech-Language-Hearing Association and participated in mission trips to Russia to work with children in a school for the deaf. She loves the practice of audiology and it is dedicated to help provide the best hearing care to each patient based on his or her individual needs.
