Our passion for providing quality food, outstanding service, and creating a landmark location is the driving force behind this restaurant concept. Our goal is to create a memorable dining experience for each of our guests at EO Burgers.

The ambiance at EO Burgers offers a modern vibe with a blend of warm woods, industrial metal, brick walls and vibrant electric red aesthetics in the furniture and fixtures. This quick polished causal concept provides up to 75 seats at the year-round outdoor patio and the interior features a spacious bar and a main dining area that combined seats over 150 guests.

EO Burgers offers a lot more than a typical “burger joint.” We serve EXTRAORDINARY burgers made from all natural, 100% USDA Prime beef, and we are the only restaurant in the casual quick service category to offer such high quality to our guests. USDA Prime beef is the top 2% of all beef produced in the United States and you’ll taste the difference at EO Burgers!

Our EO burgers are never frozen or processed. We shape our EO burgers by hand and each EO burger is grilled to order. 100% USDA Prime beef burgers are distinctively superior to any other burger. USDA Prime is the superior grade of beef that is known for amazing tenderness, juiciness, flavor and fine texture. That’s why USDA Prime is only featured here at EO Burgers.

We use fresh, never frozen, chicken and freshly ground turkey to guarantee the best flavor and local produce when it is seasonally available.

Fries are a natural complement to our burgers and we serve only hand-cut fries that include garlic, parmesan, and bacon salt fries, and crispy onion rings. We also offer your choice of house-made gourmet dipping sauces like our BBQ, Buttermilk Ranch, Smokey Mayo, Sriracha Aioli and Chipotle Mayo.

Our hand spun shakes, hand dipped cones, and sundaes are made using our gourmet frozen custard made in-house with the freshest ingredients. Our hand spun frozen custard shakes include Ghirardelli chocolate, Saunders caramel, or fresh strawberries.
