We specialize in one-on-one Personal Training, TRX suspension training, Epic Vibe Dance Training, & Beach Body Boot Camp Training. We are the only training facility in the Hamptons who actively participates hands on with giving back to the community, offering complimentary training to organizations such as, I-Tri, Phoenix House out patient recovery, Local Churches, plus single mothers & their children who aren't as economically stable as the rest.
