Epic Theatre Company seeks to bring provocative contemporary work to Rhode Island as well as new perspectives on classical theater. We strive to continue the tradition of "event" theater, where each production has built-in excitement both for the audiences and the artists involved. Epic champions local talent in all fields, and encourages collaboration between theater organizations. The company is committed to offering unique programming that embraces popular culture while also examining the arts as well as the artistic process. We are a group that is eager to give opportunities to those who wish to challenge themselves as artists, and so our journey as a company, a piece’s journey towards becoming a production, and the artists’ personal journeys are all as important as the finished product.
