Eric Clark is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist, certified yoga teacher, and personal trainer. He blends these disciplines, as well as his experiences living a healthy balanced life, to help his patients live healthier, happier, and longer. Eric enjoys martial arts, live music, and getting lost in the beauty of the oceans and forests of the Cape and beyond.
Andrea Odrzywolski RYT 200hr is a certified Mat Pilates instructor through American Fitness Professionals, a certified Pilates Reformer instructor, and teaches Barre Sculpt and offers personal training. She enjoys the dynamics of being new parents and new business partners with Eric, finding balance in her life by appreciating each moment.
