Erica Crockett has been in the Real Estate Industry for 10 plus years, all of which she has called Watson Realty Corp home. She started as a licensed assistant to a now retired Top Producer. While working with him, Erica managed all of his marketing and branding, while in gaining experience showing and listing homes. When the market turned, she was offered a position as Marketing Director for the Palm Coast office. Here she managed all listings and advertising of the homes as well as the office team. Erica has strong experience in Social Media Marketing from Facebook to Pinterest and uses those platforms to help you sell your home.

The Marketing Director position was an ever changing and growing position. Erica worked her way up the chain to be the Office Manager’s right-hand person in the office, managing the sales and listing of all properties in the Palm Coast Office. She also learned the ins and outs of every program available to REALTORS® to help market your home to its fullest.

As much as Erica loved working as the office administrative assistant her real dream was to be a full-time REALTOR®. She had a goal of using her skills to help customers accomplish their dreams of home ownership within 10 years of joining the Watson Realty Corp family, and is very excited to have made this a reality.

Erica is also a mother of two children ages 8 and 6. Her oldest child is autistic, which has given her the opportunity to become active in the Special Needs community of Flagler County. She spends time advocating for her son as well as advocating for other children in our community. She has attended IEP meetings to help children get the services they require to be educated in our schools. Where many advocates charge for their services, Erica does not. “When families need help, I feel it is my duty to help them.” She looks forward to using this experience to help parents of special needs children in their home selling or buying experience.

When Erica is not busy helping families she enjoys spending time with her family and their puppy. They enjoy the beautiful beaches and parks that our county has to offer. She is also a self-proclaimed “Computer/Gaming Nerd” and attributes that trait to her success in Marketing.
