Our school teaches and integrates Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Submission Grappling, Muay Thai Kickboxing, MMA ground striking and Escrima in a Mixed Martial Arts format. Our goal is to provide our students with the highest level of training possible, not just for elite athletes and champion fighters in the cage, but for the general public of all ages in a safe and family friendly environment.

We combine the best values and life skills of the traditional martial arts with the effectiveness of modern combative systems and sports to help our students grow into peak performers in the martial arts and in life. We offer a world class curriculum created by BLACK BELT HALL OF FAME Instructor Ernie Reyes, Sr. in a world class training facility taught by senior black belt instructors, including No-Gi World Jiu-Jitsu Champion Dave Hughes, who have decades of experience training in each of the systems that we teach.
