Enhanced Speed & Agility offers Individual and Group Sessions. ESA uses a multitude of techniques that sets our training sessions apart from all others. Video Analysis, Sensory Training, Pool Workout, Beach Workout, Plyometric Training, Footwork, Form Running, Balance & Core Strength, and Dynamic stretches are what the participants will be exposed to. By engaging in the exercises, the participants will be taught the proper techniques to improve flexibility, and help prevent injuries through strengthening of specific muscle groups, tendons, joints and ligaments.
Adult personal training is also offered at the fitness club along with bootcamps.
