Welcome to our beautiful lakefront home on Lake Sam Rayburn Reservoir near Broaddus, TX. This lake house is perfect for anglers, hunters, and families and the price cannot be beat. Located less than five minutes from Broaddus, TX and the Jackson Hill Marina you will be close to stores, restaurants, and boat access while still feeling you are away from it all. Zavalla is ten miles away and Cassels-Boykin public access is only seven miles down HWY 147.

Walk less than one hundred feet and you are at the shore of a sheltered cove that is great for swimming, fishing and boating. Photography and birding possibilities abound, regularly seen are bald eagles, cranes, egrets, hawks, turtles, otters, and deer.

For the anglers we have tried to meet all of your needs: conveniently located exterior outlets for charging your equipment, fish cleaning station, and shoreline tie-offs for your boat if you so desire. The fishing here is amazing as well, with largemouth bass (of course!), white/yellow/striped bass, crappie, gar and catfish waiting to hit your lines.

Hunters staying here will be pleasantly surprised at how close they are to hunting in the Angelina National Forest just a few minutes from the property.

For the chefs and foodies out there we have a fully furnished kitchen with all the utensils and cookware you need to make your culinary masterpiece. In addition we have a charcoal grill, propane grill, and a smoker on an outside patio for the BBQ aficionados. Having this much fun can get a little messy so we have provided an outdoor shower (with hot water), a newly remodeled bathroom, and a washer and dryer to help keep you spic and span.

For the kids and young at heart we have tons of board games, card games, a pedal boat, and a washers pit out back. Not to mention our fire pit where hot dogs and marshmallows find their proper tasty end.
