Essence of Movement

Essence of Movement started as Essence Massage Therapy 2015. Essence of Movement is a part of Essence Massage therapy and is located in downtown historic Brighton at 5 North Main st.. Essence Massage Therapy is still located at 119 E. Bridge Street, Suite 220. Same building different entrance. Over time I began to recognize the difference between massage sessions when adding yoga and other gentle movement. People experienced less pain, more range of motion, improved sleep and more. I wanted to offer a place in Brighton that offers, massage, gentle movement, and a low impact power/sweat work out.
Please note Children under age 14 are not allowed in studio unless this is a designated kids yoga class.

Children 14 years of age and older are allowed in studio with their parent. The parent must sign a waiver for the child to attend the class
