An estate sale is on on-site sale, typically held 2-4 days, in which every item in the home is displayed and tagged with a price. Since every estate is unique, we work personally with you to make your sale successful in a respectful manner.
Sometimes, this can be an emotional time for the family. We work closely with you to make this transition as smooth and pleasant as possible. We will provide solutions that will assist in any situation you may be faced with.

Before, During, After
Estate Sales & Treasures will determine prices based on experience as well as local and on-line research. The goal is to liquidate, but ensure that items are priced appropriately based on condition, demand and rarity.
We spend time prior to the sale staging the estate to ensure all items are displayed in a manner to gain attention. A well-staged sale provides a more pleasant atmosphere for buyers and more successful sale for you.
EST, LLC advertises through several media outlets, to include several websites that host estate sales, Facebook, local newspapers, and our website. Depending on local ordinances, signs at all entrances to the estate are placed strategically.
During the course of the sale, our professional employees are available throughout the estate to assist potential buyers. We are all trained to answer questions, carry items to checkout area and assist with carry out of purchases and more. Our goal is to provide a wonderful buying experience to the sale.
We provide several solutions as well for items that remain after the sale’s completion, with the end goal of making sure the estate has been cleared.
