Spend your summer vacation at a comfortable home on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee! This home has beautiful views of the lake from an almost all glass living area!

There is handicap access to the house and decks overlooking the water and dock.

Bring your boat and park at your back door. There is a dock with a sandy bottom for up to a 26 foot boat.Natural, soft, sandy bottom beach and swimming area with crystal clear water.

There is a very shallow area which makes it nice for little ones, and a large sandbox to keep the little ones busy.

Enjoy the new patio area while watching the little ones in the sand box, watching them jump off the dock or swim in the lake in front of you.

Enjoy the great beach area or sit inside just steps away from the water in central air conditioning.

The entire living area is freshly painted with and open living area and kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with newly finished hardwood floors. It has two bedrooms on the basement level that walks out to the back yard.

It has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, mugs, glassware, plates/dishes, pots/pans, and cooking utensils. There is a washer and dryer, gas grill , grilling tools, picnic table and lawn chairs.

This home is close to the Alton town docks, and a short boat ride to Wolfboro town docks. It is close to mini-golf, ice cream, dining, Alton Bay Pavilion and Mt. Washington dock. It is also close to Mount Major for hiking, Gunstock for zip lining and mountain biking, Wolfoboro and Laconia.
